Introduction
Get ready N-gagers here's another beauty from those mobile gaming gods at gameloft. As soon as we hear the name Tom Clancy in a game title we go straight to the conclusion that it will involve a lot of stealth and espionage, but unlike the previous N-Gage title from Tom Clancy, this game does give you the freedom to blow your enemies away or let you keep a low profile by simply sniping them out. Ok now let me just tell you a bit about the game, you are in control of an elite team of four green berets who have been sent to Colombia to take down a terrorist group called the MFLC who are responsible for bombings at the US embassy in Columbia a couple of days previous. Basically you just gotta blow these sons a bi**h's away.
Gameplay
This game has three modes of gameplay: firstly is campaign mode, were you have to complete eight missions with about two to four objectives each. Each mission varies in tasks from placing demolition charges to rescuing hostages. You will do these missions in various realistic conditions such as heavy rain and darkness. Most of the surroundings and settings are similar to those in the main part of the arnie film Commando (if you ain't seen it you're a loser).Second is the challenges mode were you repeat the missions in campaign mode just in harder circumstances, for example complete mission with all men and under three minutes or complete mission with one man and one weapon. This mode is just too similar to campaign mode and isn't fun enough. And lastly we have the multiplayer mode which I am disappointed to say is no were near as fun as the multi player mode on other N-Gage titles. It's just too slow paced and the maps are too big, so you are just always searching to kill rather than doing any actual killing. In each of these modes you will have one primary weapon to choose from, ranging from an MP5 to a sniper rifle and one secondary weapon ranging from a hefty rocket launcher to some lame binoculars.
Graphics
The graphics are very good for such a big game with massive maps and different scenery. I can't criticize them so I won't. There nothing special but there not rubbish and that's what counts.
Sound
The sound in this game is very good and is as realistic as you can expect on a hand held title. The weapons sound real cool especially the rocket launcher and the commands your men use are spot on. The music in game has a real dramatic military feel to it
Lastability
The game will last a good month if you complete all missions on each difficulty, but after that you can be laughing if you think you'll be wanting to pick your gage up and play multiplayer on this game because its rubbish, but that's just my opinion.
Conclusion
This is a brilliant game but it will only appeal to certain gamers i.e. those who are patient and who don't want action pouring out the game all the time. The multi-player is nothing to tasty so I wouldn't buy it soley to have a laugh with mates because you're not going to.
