Introduction
Now this is going to sound surprising to you but I have never previously played a Sims game so this was like the first time I went Ice Skating for me, a totally new concept from beginning to finish. But enough about me lets get on with the review.
Gameplay
The story follows as you start out poor as an empty pocket, working your butt off on the Hayseed Farm, but with the sweat of your Sim's forehead and a few good friends which you meet during game play, you might find yourself living the high life in one of the coolest virtual cribs known to humanity. The N-Gage version however was not the same as I expected from a Sims game I thought you just made a Sim and watched how he coped in a virtual world this was nothing like it and I was enjoying controlling my Sim to perform specific tasks within the game. Some of the more exclusive features that the N-Gage version offered were as follows, be able to play N-Gage-exclusive mini-games to advance your career or earn Simoleans (virtual money!), Upload your score to the N-Gage™ Arena to challenge another player doing this you can also unlock a new location and earn special objects and Connect with another player using Bluetooth wireless technology and auction off your items. This multiplayer mode also unlocks a special location! So far so good?!
Graphics
The graphics for this game were nothing out the ordinary but suited the game for what it was made for, there were no patches were I felt that the game needed improvement in this area, after all the game play had me hooked! From the screen shots opposite you can see the view that you were given whilst controlling you Sim.
Sound
The sounds in this game were adequate to the gaming, nothing more nothing less just right for a game of this nature. Because of this game being set in a virtual world there were also some funny sounds like when the Sims would have a chat! LOL! Each object, person you would meet, activity/task you would person would provide the user with different sounds.
Lastability
Well this game will have you going in no time and with the amount of game play and tasks that are involved the game will definitely last, don't get me wrong the game will not just play from start to finish without any problems there were various tasks where I would have to search that little bit harder to find the solution but that was the fun of it all. Plus there are various jobs you can do to earn money in the town, performing these were some of my favourite parts of the game.
Conclusion
The conclusion...well this game is awesome and one of a kind! I was hooked on it from the day I picked it up until the day I finished it so it is a must buy for all users of the N-Gage. Thumbs up for the Sims - Bustin' Out!
